My career has spanned a variety of impactful roles, including:

• Child and Family Practitioner: Case-managed clients with complex trauma, developmental disorders, and disabilities. Managed a caseload of 10 young people and 6 carers, providing tailored support plans and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

• House Manager: Led teams in Intensive Therapeutic Care homes, supporting both staff and young people through reflective practices and implementing therapeutic models to create safe, healing environments.

• Team Leader: Supervised 250 support workers, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring best practices in service delivery.

• Youth Support Worker: Delivered front-line crisis response and daily support for individuals facing mental health challenges, developmental delays, and behavioural complexities.

• Young Adults Advocate: Coordinated a drug- and alcohol-free community initiative, managing staff recruitment and training, strategic goal setting, and participant engagement.

A Little About Me

Based in Redbank Plains, I travel up to 30 minutes to support clients of all ages and abilities. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking, ultra-marathons, and cycling, and I love connecting with others through gaming and creative interests.
